Dr. Kuppy has been my dr. for 25 years. She is the best ever!! she is my hero and I can't say enough wonderful things about her!
Cold bedside manner, no care or concern.
Dr. Kuppy is an outstanding physician
great doctor! I'm happy to have her as my doctor
The Dr. saw and spoke with me for 15 minutes and she referred me to a surgeon which turned out to be a surgeon who could not see me for my issue. The Drs office stated they would call me back to send me correct referral and did not. Dr. Kuppy knew why I came in to see her, I stated it in my appointment on Northshore connect. I felt like she wasted my time, had no bedside manner and took my money. She told me there was nothing she could do and if she knew that before I came to the office, she should have canceled the appointment and told me to see someone else. I feel like my time and money was wasted.
Dr Kuppy listens and gives outstanding advise
I had an awful experience with Dr. Kuppy. She was judgemental and not knowledgeable.if there's an HIV prevention drug on the market I expect "north shore" doctors to know about it. Dr. Kuppy had to look up PrEP in front of me, that's how unfamiliar she was with it. after that she refused to prescribe it to me without explanation and referred me to a infectious disease doctor. I was insulted. my previous primary care doctor in Phoenix, AZ prescribed it to me with knowledge and compassion. Next, Dr. Kuppy refused to prescribe me antidepressants as a continuation of treatment after graduating from a PHProgram. I have a therapist already, they're the ones who said to go to my primary care. i was baffled. when I asked about diabetes, Dr. Kuppy said "there, that's something I like to talk about", insinuating what? she doesn't like to talk about patients concerns and sexual health? I won't be coming back to your practice again. I am telling everyone LGBT to stay clear of northshore health care.
Dr. Kuppy has been my doctor for over 15 years. I have always been very please with her. She really takes her time to examine the patient. She always checks my clinic history during our conversations and explains clearly the treatment that I need to follow. She has been always on target giving her diagnosis as well prescribing the correct treatment and medicine.
I always felt she was a bit standoffish. I told her yesterday I was having a hard time breathing and about my meds being changed. She totally did not seem to care. The last time I told her I thought I had an ingrown toenail, and she said you have toenail polish on. She did not even look at my toe! I love Northshore and went to the one before I moved here. I am going to have to do some research and I hope I can find one with a better bedside manner then Dr. Kuppy with Northshore. I will never go to her again.
