Treatment Philosophy
I treat adults, and adolescents, and children. I use a cognitive-behavioral treatment orientation. I use other empirically validated psychological treatment approaches in my practice as well. Patient involvement, measurable goal attainment, and positive changes are also important elements in my treatment philosophy.
