Orthopaedic Joint Care
He has no bedside manner and was rude during the consult.
shuns the doctor gave me while we were looking at my x-ray as compared to the report later posted in my chart by the radiologist, I would never know they had looked at the same x-ray
Dr. Rana was assigned walk-ins that day. I had never met him before. Even though he was swamped with patients, he treated me as if I was his only patient. He was thorough and very kind.
Worst experience ever, could barely understand his mumbles. He was dismissive, could not work the computer, complained of being tired. Completely dismissive of my son's pain and feelings. Would not recommend and don't want to see for follow up. Zero faith in his abilities.
Communication was non-existent with this doctor. He came in the room, barley spoke to me or my son, then his phone rang and without a word he walked back out the door to take the call. He came back about ten minutes later with no apology and continued to ignore me.
This was my first and only visit with the doctor. I found him to be efficient, but not too communicative and distant.
I made an appointment to receive a cortisone shot for plantar fasciitis. This info was on the appointment sheet, the questionnaire, and given to the CNA.He came in and tells me he doesn't do that and I should make an appointment with someone else. He left to get a heel cushion and never returned. I asked him why no one let me know that he won't do the injection, after it was all over the paperwork, and I left work early, and he didn't answer.I would never let this man touch me with a ten foot pole! No wonder he had open bookings!
I was very grateful that Dr Rama was able to treat me in one visit.
very impressed with great social skills and bedside manner! also nice to see how much his staff praised the Dr.
Dr. Rana explained the x-rays and explained the situation with my knee.
