I was glad the dr. gave me his full attention while the "assistant" typed.
The doctor was very informative.
Dr. Lichtenstein listened and asked questions. He has a very thoughtful approach.
Seemed very concerned about condition, friendly and welcoming rapport by both doctor and PA.
I felt very comforted by his demeanor and knowledge. His apprentice also was very courteous and friendly. Seeing a new doctor/specialist is usually not an easy thing, but I felt at ease and very confident with our plan and overall impressed with the visit.
I would have liked about 10 more minutes with the doctor. I felt like the time I had went so fast.
Both the doctor and the assistant with him listened to my concerns about my IBS.
Not sure if dr. feels my symptoms are real - since the test come back mainly good, therefore I feel the afford to treat is not urgent or maybe believed.
I have a pretty decent knowledge of biology and chemistry, and can talk about more complex things and terms. It was very nice to see the doctor being not condescending, but attentive and giving great explanations.
