I have been seeing *Dr. Sarav for 4+ years on a frequent basis. She is one of the most responsive, responsible, and helpful doctors I have worked with.
No one has explained why I am tired all the time, even after 8 hrs sleep.
*Dr. Sarav is an amazing doctor. She is one of the best doctors in our family. She listens carefully, is very thorough in her questions; diagnosis accurately & treats very well. She was calm and collected when she sent me directly to ER.
*Dr. Sarav is so dedicated, informed, patient, and supportive. I feel very well cared for!
very satisfying visit no problems
I love & trust my doctor.
*Dr. Sarav is very logical and has a good grasp of how to help me with unusual issues.
I was impressed by Dr. Sarav through most of the visit. She mentioned that that my urine was "dirty" and suggested that I might have an infection. When I asked her if she'd write a prescription, she said no and then she referred me to a specialist. She gave me two names and when I called they were both unavailable for two months. After thinking about it overnight, I went to and immediate care facility, gave a specimen, and was told that yes, I probably do have a UTI. I was given a prescription. I find it difficult to believe that Dr.Sarav would suggest that I have a urinary infection and do absolutely nothing to treat it while I'm sitting in her office. She could have ordered a culture. She could have sent me to immediate care. She could have done several things and chose to slough it off. Disappointing to say the least.
Labs results from NorthShore Lab Services were not ready at the time of my appt. although I had had blood drawn two days prior. I had to return for lab to take blood a second time because communication between lab and doctor was so very poor. Dr.indicated that that was standard in her experience at NorthShore. I was appalled that such important matters could be handled so unprofessionally.
