I believe in a holistic approach to individualized patient care. A patient's personal preferences and the context of their family, community, and belief system are important in shared decision-making about their medical care.
I offer the full-spectrum family medicine, including care of children, adults, and the elderly, with special focus on women's health including women's health procedures. I perform minor office skin procedures as well as joint injections as well.
In addition to my special interest in women's health, I am interested in mental health and primary care psychiatry, for adults and children as well as the care of LGBTQ populations and primary care for patients with HIV.
I particularly enjoy caring for elderly patients. Making individualized decisions about preventive services and medications, especially discontinuing care that is no longer recommended or helpful, or may be causing side effects, is a passion of mine.
As a recent transplant from New Hampshire, I enjoy skiing and outdoor sports. I have an undergraduate degree in music and enjoy playing chamber music with Dr Gibes and Dr Wolfe on Thursdays.
#11. I already have.
Dr. Oshman is truly the best. always gives us options. explains everything in detail in a way we can understand. she listens to our concerns
On this annual wellness exam the dr. NEVER touched me. No checking of heart, lungs or anything else. This did NOT bode well with me.
See above. I have already recommended Dr. O to others.
*Dr. Ashman is great!!!
Excellent doctor communications.
Dr. Oshman is an excellent doctor and I'd recommend her to anyone. She is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and makes me feel validated when I have a concern about my health. She listens to what I have to say and takes everything into consideration.
Dr. Oshman always listens to my concerns and offers alternatives for them. She is very professional.

*Dr. Oshman is the best primary care doctor I have ever had once I am old. She never makes me feel rushed and she really listens. Love her!!!
