This was an emergency room Dr., However he was excellent and spent considerable amount of time with me as hectic as it was that day for them. They were excellent.
I can't say enough about *Dr. Gil he is so nice, kind, professional. He truly cares about his patients. Great doctor.
Dr. Gil was very nice to talk with. He explained everything very well in a manner that was understandable. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Gil's recommendation for follow-up was 6 months. I felt (as an RN myself) it should have been sooner and made appointment for her to be seen in 3 months.
I am pleased with *Dr. Gil and feel comfortable with his service. We discussed PT and Speech Therapy and asked for referrals but not get that. Your website to select a group was not very helpful either.
Extremely please with the care and thoroughness of the examination and explanations. Thank you!
While this doctor was very nice and friendly, he had a very antiquated view on stroke recovery. He also didn't offer and additional therapies or options to assist the patient. Doctors should be doing everything they can to help stroke patients and their families instead of just sending them on their way. There are many studies available that document recovery beyond 6 months. Help patients and their families access resources and medications. It was pretty disappointing the lack of investment in patient's recovery.
*Dr. Gil was awesome. Took lots of time explaining my condition.
Again if I could I'd give Dr. Gil a "10"
the doctor was was kind and patient and took his time to explain what happened to me in terms that I could understand.
