I have recommended Dr Smith to 2 families who are seeing her now. she is by far the best doctor I have ever had
Doctor spent a good time asking questions about my son's concerns.
I recommended her to my daughter.
I felt this was the rudest doctor I ever had and I will never use her again. I do not come to the doctor often for medical needs but when I do it seems to be for the same reoccurring thing. My primary doctor always helps me out and gives me Z-Pack and I always feel better. Unfortunately he was not available and I had to see another doctor. She would not treat my respiratory virus with the medication I normally receive that makes me feel better in 24 hours. I suffered with that cough for a long time. When I left the office I told her I would never see her again because I felt she was so rude. Her response was "that would be a good idea." What kind of bed side manner is that to someone who is not feeling well! That bothers me greatly. I have never had a doctor speak to me in that tone!! I really feel she should be spoken to. I will never use her again and am considering looking elsewhere for a different practice.
this was the first time I met with dr. smith. she was warm, patient, a great communicator and very instructive. I appreciated her guidance
Dr. Smith is amazing. She is the best doctor I've ever had. She expresses an interest in and concern for her patients. I feel like I matter to her.
I went in for a routine physical, and because I discussed minor issues with this doctor, I have to pay over $200 out of pocket. I may never go back to this facility again, and if I do, I won't see this doctor for fear that everyday conversation will be coded outside of the context of a normal yearly physical. If it happens again with a different doctor, I won't go back to this facility again. I may not get a yearly physical again for a few years because of this negative experience.
Dr. Smith is very kind, patient and thorough. She takes the time to listen to you and doesn't rush through the visit.
Very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and nonjudgmental. I felt comfortable discussing all aspects of care and each of my concerns were discussed with explanations of the course of therapy and monitoring. I am very glad that I decided to switch to NorthShore for my primary care needs.
I was in and out in about 5 minutes. But, in this case, that was appropriate.
