The doctor did not have a good bedside manner. She did not shake my hand and repeated asked me an offensive question twice about sti?s when I confirmed earlier that this was not the cause as I am married and have only had one sexual partner and the same for my mate. She continued to state that she is sorry that I wasted my time coming to the appointment to see her when she doesn?t know the root of my pain. I did not feel valued or important by this doctor. She did not take the time to really listen to me and even if she didn?t have an answer, telling a patient that their pain doesn?t make sense is not a proper response. The fact that I am here to advocate for my health and trying to figure out what is wrong with my body, is an indication that I strive to take care of myself. I do not feel comfortable with having her as my primary care physician.
Dr. Angelica Manzur was very clear about the seriousness of the infection in my finger and the importance of attending to its care.
First visit with this doctor.
She didn't express any interest in me as a person.
My first time meeting Dr. Manzur. I was very pleased with our session.
Was not impressed at all Seemed as if she was following a script, and not a very good one at that. Also seemed interested only in stock answers, such as "I see from your height and weight you are borderline obese." Anyone looking at me could not draw that conclusion. As far as I can tell, and my wife is a health care professional, the only reason for that ridiculous conversation is so the doctor could bill me for having a discussion about weight loss. No other doctor I have seen mentioned weight loss. Also listened to my heart and lungs over 2 shirts. That can't be right.
I am very pleased to become a patient of Dr. Manzur.
If a Dr. got a 4 or a 3 is that a problem? NO! The dr.'s job is to do a good job. She did. That's it. The rest of this is sort of b.s.
she is too inexperienced, didn't read my chart and had zero concern for my wants. I will not be back unless I need to be seen and I do not have a doctor yet.
