2 - 8: it is my impression that the doctors (there were three of them, at various times) don't really know what happened to my vision, other than what I had assumed. At this point, no decision has been made other than, "Let's see if it clears up by itself". I think (but how would I KNOW?) that they spent as much time with me as necessary; I had absolutely no impression that they were rushing . . . or wasting time. I don't recommend specialists; my friends are too dispersed / having different health plans.
The doctor was not concerned, told me there was nothing wrong with my eyes. I would have to live with the problem.

I am not much of a recommender, especially for doctors. But I would certainly suggest this practice to someone who asked me.
*Dr. Francis is excellent! Highly recommend him. He allayed my fears.
Dr Francis has been great! it was clear that the office was busy when I was there but the time he spent with me did not feel rushed at all. clearly explained everything in language I could understand and answered all questions and clarified anything I didn't understand. truly a GREAT doctor.
The amount of time spent is rated high because he followed up with a phone call after I had sent him a message with an important question.
