COVID Recovery Class

This six week small group exercise class is designed for COVID-19 long haulers taught by physical, occupational and speech therapists along with integrative medicine. The classes will promote endurance, strength and the body’s ability to find balance.
Participants must be able to breathe on room air and walk 5 min unassisted.
