Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a noninvasive test using high-frequency sound waves to view the structure and movement of the body’s internal organs, particularly those in the pelvis and abdomen. This painless test does not use radiation, as in x-rays, and allows radiologists to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
