Service Awards recognize and celebrate the number of years, in five-year milestones, that an employee has worked at NorthShore University HealthSystem. It is an opportunity to say thank you for everything that our employees do to make NorthShore a great place to work and an exceptional place to receive care. To recognize our employees with these awards, we offer two different celebrations:
Service Awards Reception
These receptions take place at each hospital for those employees celebrating 5, 10, and 15 year milestones.
Service Awards Dinner
Employees may attend a dinner banquet if they are celebrating 20+ years milestones.
In addition to these awards, you also have opportunities for personal career growth and professional development goals through courses offered by our Learning and Development Department.
