- Involvement with committees and projects. This allows employees to learn outside of the classroom and provide their input on important NorthShore initiatives. NorthShore values shared decision making and promotes a collaborative work environment.
- The Leadership Mentoring Program offers ongoing guidance to ensure employees their continued success at NorthShore. The program is designed to strengthen professional relationships and improve overall knowledge of NorthShore to promote professional development.
- Ongoing training in a classroom setting and online webcasts. We offer courses that are free of charge and are designed to provide the tools, resources and support to encourage professional growth. Courses include Service Values Skills, Presentation Skills and Technology Education.
