Major Project Assignments

  • Co-manage the Meaningful Use Stage II compliance. This includes developing the work plan for objectives and measures, participating on the Care Elsewhere roll out and overseeing the monthly reporting readiness.
  • Participate on the Skokie OR and Bed Tower expansion team and take responsibility for several of the operational tasks associated with the multi-year construction project. Oversee the Epic 2012 upgrade command center in Spring 2013.
  • Enhance breast cancer patient navigation and engagement tools through enhanced web navigation, videos, etc. Assess current tools, industry best practices, current and potential future capabilities, and work closely with operations, marketing and Health Information Technology.

  • Analyze and recommend changes in the revenue cycle process to reduce registration denials.

  • Participate as a member of the site development team for the new Gurnee Ambulatory Care Center.
