Dr. Wicks and all the staff on the 2nd floor in Gurnee are phenomenal. They treat you with a friendly attitude and are sincerely concerned with your appointment.

Dr Wicks rushed through the appointment. Notes said he spent 45 minutes with us but he was in and out in no more than 10 minutes. His overall demeanor was dismissive, especially during the follow up call re: test results

I was horrified by this experience. To start the Dr walked into the room and said "why don't you take that mask off it hides your face" isn't that literally the policy of Northshore. So then after being pressured by a dr to take my mask off I timed the amount of time he took to actually do any medical checks on me at the end of the appointment. It was 5 minutes. He put a stethoscope on my chest while I was sitting in the regular chair no deep breaths no anything and said "yep you have a heart" This entire visit was unprofessional and appalling.
