NorthShore University HealthSystem's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology holds weekly Grand Rounds every Wednesday morning at 8:00 am at the Evanston Hospital campus in the basement of the Burch Building, Rooms G 18 - G 22.
The overall learning objectives for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Grand Rounds are:
- To provide continuing education to departmental members related to the clinical practice relevant to the field of obstetrics and gynecology
- To provide a forum for case presentation and discussion between department members
- To provide presentations on basic science and translational research on select topics of reproductive biology
- To update department members on the administrative and business activities related to the department, to NorthShore University HealthSystem, to the Medical School and University.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and NorthShore University HealthSystem. The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
