  • The Division of Hematology/Oncology at NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the prinicpal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional  board certified Hematology/Oncology physician with at least 3-5 years experience to join its successful and growing 18-member specialty based team. This position will focus predominately on Gastrointestinal Oncology and clinical trial development, however, the ideal candidate will also have an interest in Genitourinary or other solid tumors. The successful candidate will have a strong patient orientation and a strong academic interest in all phases of clincial trial development in a tertiary setting. The position will practice at the Kellogg Cancer Centers, located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Qualified candidates will be proposed for an academic appointment to the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.

Breast Oncologist

  • The Department of Medicine at NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal teaching affiliate of The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an experienced medical oncologist to join three other breast medical oncologists and to lead research and academic efforts. The division of hematology/oncology at NorthShore is comprised of 16 faculty, each with subspecialty focus. Over 850 new breast cancer cases are diagnosed or treated at NorthShore each year.  

    This is a unique opportunity to develop and grow clinical, translational, and outcomes research as well as lead teaching efforts of students, residents and fellows in breast oncology.  The candidate must qualify for academic appointment to the University of Chicago. This position is located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. (Evanston, IL) Applicants must be board certified in Medical Oncology with experience focused on clinical research and practice of breast oncology.  Demonstrated capacity for leadership and program development is a plus.
