Loyalty Leader Awards
These awards are given to NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) individual employees or teams of employees for their efforts in caring for our patients, patient families, physicians and co-workers with actions that exceed the scope of their job responsibilities. This award recognizes results within or across teams, departments, geographic locations or the organization. Employees receive a monetary award distinguishing either exceptional performance in driving customer loyalty via system or process changes, or behaviors and/or improved business results that support NorthShore's mission, values and goals. The Loyalty Leader Award nomination must be submitted by a manager for any employee.
