In addition to our program packages for collegiate and high school athletes, the NorthShore Sports Health and Performance Program offers sports nutrition counseling, body composition and concussion tests, and other options for young athletes.

Advanced Sports Physical – Team

The Advanced Sports Physical can be administered to an entire team and includes a comprehensive report provided to the coaching staff to assist them in planning pre- and post-season training. This program offers clinical advice on in-season injury prevention techniques.

Baseline and Post-Injury Concussion Testing

Athletes can have their baseline testing and post-injury evaluations, including concussion test, with our team of Sports Medicine and Concussion experts utilizing ImPACT testing and other age-appropriate methods. Our physicians work with you and your athletic trainer, coach and parents to determine the safest and most expedient way to get you back in the game.

Sports Nutrition Counseling and Body Composition Testing

Appointments with our expert dietician can help determine the best sports nutrition diet plan based on your activity and goals. Our facility conducts a body composition test and metabolic rate test with the Bod Pod machine, which helps us provide you with accurate dietary goals.

Sports Injury Evaluation and Management

Our fellowship trained sports medicine physicians can meet with you for any injury or medical condition that arises, which may impact your sports performance.
