Tailor Sitting

Tailor-sitting exercise

This exercise stretches your hip and thigh muscles as you sit comfortably.

  1. Sit on the floor.
  2. Bring your feet close to your body while crossing your ankles.
  3. Hold this position for as long as you are comfortable.
