Dr. Jackson was EXTREMELY thorough in her evaluation/questions during the visit. Also, very willing to understand my concerns and requests.

Doctor Jackson takes a sincere interest in aiding the patient fully and with researching all avenues of help. She is highly personable and kind. She listens attentively and explains thoroughly. I highly respect her expertise, friendliness, and knowledge.

Dr.Jackson was very thorough listened attentively to my history with allergies and made sure I understood everything. I liked that she said once you go home and go over my plan for you please call me with any questions you may have.

Dr. Jackson was very thorough in her evaluation of my condition. She set forth a reasonable plan for resolving my issues. She answered all of my questions comprehensively. Lastly she gave me confidence that even though there is still a mystery surrounding the cause of idiopathic urticariac, I can be hopeful about a recovery.

Dr Jackson spends meaningful time with me and explains everything. She also listens to me, answers my questions and has actual conversations with me. I am fully at ease with her. She acts quickly after my appointments, and I can go into the app and read all her notes, usually before I go to bed the same night. I am quite impressed with her, since she treats me like a real person and is never dismissive with me. I feel lucky that I happened to choose her when I was looking for an allergist/immunologist. I can tell she has a lot of experience, and she refers to examples in the context of our specific discussions.
