Dr. Kim was a good listener and took into account what we were saying about [name]'s symptoms. Her first conclusion was that he had spontaneous hives but my husband spoke up and said we came for answers and wanted some testing done so we could find out more information. So she said she would order bloodwork for allergy testing and immune testing. The next day we had his bloodwork done. The next week she sent us a message and called to say that she had forgotten to put in the order for immune testing. So now he has to go in for an additional blood draw. She took ownership of her mistake and apologized but it's still an unfortunate mistake.

Dr. Kim answered our questions and was attentive to our son before and after the testing.
