Meghan McMillin MS, RDN, CSP, LDNMeghan McMillin, MS, RDN, CSP, LDN
Meghan McMillin MS, RDN, CSP, LDN works as both an inpatient and outpatient clinical dietitian/nutritionist. As a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, she is uniquely qualified to serve the neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent populations. She is experienced in a broad area of care including food allergies and intolerances, gastrointestinal conditions, weight management/obesity, failure to thrive, and diabetes. Meghan earned her Master’s of Science in Nutrition and completed her internship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and its Chicago chapter as well as the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group. Meghan is passionate about children and their health; in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, baking, and yoga.


 

Marisa Spiegel RD, LDNMarisa Spiegel RD, LDN
Marisa Spiegel RD, LDN, works as an outpatient dietitian and has experience with a variety of patients and issues including high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, bariatric surgery, sports nutrition and GI conditions. Spiegel received her Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics from The Florida State University in Tallahassee and completed a dietetic internship at Hines VA Hospital. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association and the Chicago Dietetic Association and provides nutrition presentations to the community. Spiegel is passionate about helping individuals improve their health. She enjoys ballroom dancing, yoga, attending group fitness classes, cooking and trying new recipes.


 

Mary Suarez, RD, LDNMary Suarez, RD, LDN
Mary Suarez, RD, LDN, works as an outpatient dietitian and counsels people on changing their diets based on their medical conditions, weight loss, childhood obesity, failure to thrive and prenatal nutrition. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Food and Nutrition from Mundelein College, further pursued her interest in nutrition at Loyola University and completed a dietetic internship at Baylor University Healthcare System in Dallas. Suarez is a member of the American Dietetic Association and North Suburban Dietetic Association and participates in nutrition related engagements such as health fairs and lectures on nutrition topics. She enjoys cooking and baking and modifying recipes to make them heart healthy.
