I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy which focuses on learning more adaptive thoughts and behaviors. Making changes helps us increase self-acceptance, decrease stress, depression and worry, and increases our ability to live effectively in the present moment.
In my free time, I participate in sailing, SCUBA diving, and enjoying life.
