I am new to this website and would like to gain access to NorthShoreConnect
There are multiple ways to gain access to NorthShoreConnect. The quickest method is usually our new online sign up process. If you have any trouble with that you can get an access code from your physician's practice or ask your care team about setting up an account directly during your next office visit.

I am unable to create a new account using your online sign up process.
You can request an access code from your physician's office. Or alternatively, ask your care team about setting up a NorthShoreConnect account directly during your next office visit.

My doctor provided me with an access code, but I am unable to create my account.

  • Make sure you include the dashes in the access code and social security number
  • Check that your date of birth is in the following format: mm/dd/yyyy
  • When establishing your username, it must be at least 6 characters long
  • When establishing a password, make sure to use a combination of at least 6 letters and numbers - a mix of both is required to create a valid password
  • When entering your information, please remember not to include any spaces

Alternatively, you can try our new online sign up process without a code.

I forgot my username. What should I do?
Please complete our online username recovery form. We will send your username to the email address we have on file.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Most primary care, speciatly care, and hospital services can be scheduled directly through your NorthShoreConnect account.

  • Log into your NorthShoreConnect account
  • Hover over the Visits item in the main menu
  • Select Schedule an Appointment
  • Select the category you need to schedule

How do I cancel an appointment?
Most upcoming appointments can be canceled at any time through your NorthShoreConnect account.

  • Log into you NorthShoreConnect account
  • Hover over the Visits item in the main menu
  • Select Cancel Appointments
  • Select the appointment you need to cancel
  • Click Continue at the bottom of the screen
  • On the next screen click Confirm Cancellation

How do I reschedule an appointment?
Rescheduling an appointment requires you to both cancel the appointment and then schedule a new appointment.

I have a billing issue. What should I do?
Billing issues can be complex. To get your particular questions answered in the most expiditious manner, please send a customer service message to our billing team.

  • Log into your NorthShoreConnect account
  • Hover over Message Center and select Customer Service
  • Select Billing Issue
  • Describe your issue in the Comments box and then Send your message

I'm having trouble finding what I need. Can you help?
Try the new tour. It will guide you through the navigation and help you see where everything is located.

  • Log into your NorthShoreConnect account
  • Click on Take a Tour located at the top right of the page

Where is my appointment?
For a scheduled appointment, you can find the address in your Future Appointments list.

  • Log into your NorthShoreConnect account
  • Hover over Visits and select Future Appointments
  • On the next screen select the appropriate appointment
  • For directions, enter the address in Google Maps or Mapquest

If you need to visit a lab, you can view a list of NorthShore labratory locations.

What are the technical requirements for using NorthShoreConnect?
We recommend the following operating systems and browsers for using the NorthShoreConnect website:
