COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling

Our clinics are fully staffed and we are prepared to administer COVID-19 vaccine as quickly as we receive it to patients 65 years and older.

NorthShore is focused on vaccinating our patients 65 and older. We are adding appointments as we receive vaccine doses from the appropriate public health agencies. Learn more about NorthShore's COVID-19 Vaccination Information.

When you are able to schedule an appointment through NorthShoreConnect, we will present day/time options available in NorthShore’s regional COVID-19 vaccine clinics

At this time our hospitals and physician offices are unable to accept phone calls to schedule COVID-19 vaccine appointments.

I'm A Current Patient Age 65+

If you are a current patient and at least 65 years old, we will be scheduling vaccine appointments via NorthShoreConnect. Please enable email and/or text notifications to receive messages.

If you cannot sign up for NorthShoreConnect or you do not have an email, you may provide your information and we will contact you when we are able to expand our vaccination program.

I'm An Essential Worker

We recommend you visit the State of Illinois COVID Vaccine Locations website and other sources for additional COVID-19 vaccine options.  We would encourage you to sign up at all area locations offering vaccination to increase your chances of getting an appointment.

I'm Under The Age of 65

The State of Illinois is now in COVID-19 Vaccine Phase 1b for residents age 65 and older, and frontline essential workers. Residents under the age of 65 will be part of the next cohort group in Phase 1c. No timeline has currently been set for vaccinations to begin for phase 1c.
