Configuring Your NorthShoreConnect Notifications

In preparation for COVID-19 vaccine scheduling, please ensure that you have enabled email and/or text notifications for Scheduling Tickets and Questionnaires. We will send these notification types to facilitate your vaccination process.

Please note that these notifications can only be configured through the NorthShoreConnect website.
You cannot currently set these notifications in the NorthShoreConnect mobile app.

Step 1

Visit NorthShoreConnect and login to your account.

 

Step 2

Access Email and Text Notifications under the Preferences menu.

 

Step 3

Click to expand the Appointments notifications category. Next to the Scheduling Ticket option, ensure that Email and/or Text is enabled. An enabled notification will appear as a blue icon.

If you had trouble receiving email from us, please be sure to enable Text notifications.

 

Step 4

Click to expand the Questionnaires notifications category. Next to the Questionnaire Available option, ensure that Email and/or Text is enabled. An enabled notification will appear as a blue icon.
