Employee Assistance Program

NorthShore University HealthSystem’s commitment to provide a work environment that recruits and retains an engaged workforce is a key component in enabling our employees to provide superior service to our patients.

The Employee Assistance Program made available by NorthShore provides a wide range of confidential consultation and work/life services to support NorthShore employees and their dependents at no cost to the employee. Services include child and elder care resources and referrals, legal and financial services, and confidential counseling support by phone or in person.
