As always, Dr. Shankar was exceptional. We were a bit late to our appointment and she still took in all of the children. We were all in the same room and she was so patient and kind. She answered all of our questions and gave great advice and feedback - and unlike so many physicians these days, she did not rush us at all. The children enjoy seeing her. They don't have any jitters or doctor fears at all because she makes every visit a pleasant one.

Dr. Shankar herself is a good doctor - but I am not able to contact her when my children are sick. Even when my kids had covid her nurse didn't respond to my message until 10 days after the fact.

Excellent care- Dr Shankar and the rest of the team are wonderful. Navigating the NorthShore system continues to be an issue for us, there can be multiple barriers to scheduling and speaking with someone directly. Our former pediatrician's office was much easier to work with in this context- easy to speak with someone, schedule directly, and find open appointments

My son's group of doctor's are very knowledgeable in their field. Very empathetic and compassionate but also very professional. Especially my son's pcp, the best in her job. Only the best commendation for all of them.
