I was very pleased with Dr. Jacobson's care. She explained everything thoroughly and was very helpful with my issue. I was very impressed with both her and her nurse. I will definitely reccomend her to family and friends.
I was having symptoms that were abnormal for me and couldn't see my regular dr right away so I scheduled an appointment with Dr Jacobson and I guess I scheduled it wrong because she is not in the same practice as my obgyn. When she came in the room she asked why I was there and did not go to my regular dr. I explained that I couldn't get in to see my regular dr for a few weeks and was concerned due to my family history of ovarian cancer and didn't want to wait on my symptoms. She seemed annoyed I was there and examined me but said since she wasn't my regular dr she didn't know what my "baseline pain" is. And again should go to my regular obgyn. I don't have pain on exams. She did what she was supposed to do but basically brushed me off and made me feel terrible for coming there. I have never felt worse leaving a doctors office before and drove home in tears.
Dr. Jacobson was terrific. I'm very happy with her care and kindness.
