I happened to look at my watch just before I was taken back; it was 9:02. I then checked my watch after I'd taken the elevator down and stepped outside; it was 9:09.Dr said I had to see the surgeons across the hall to have the cyst removed. She said what I thought were warts were sebaceous hyperplasia, and that maybe the surgeon could remove them. She said goodbye, assistant brought in two skin-care samples and said goodbye. I was not asked if I had questions. Dr Desai was in no way kind, helpful, concerned about me understanding what I had or warm or friendly in any way. She did not sit down to speak to me, and spent a fair amount of the (literally) three minutes She was in the room washing and drying her hands.

2nd time seeing her and last. Never had a dr rush through appointments so quickly. Can't even ask her questions. She is truly one of the least personable and rushed drs I've ever encountered.
