Actually Dr.Connley is exceptional.It is clear that he walks his talk by taking an active role in his own care evidenced by his physcal condition. Inspiring to say the least. He exudes confidence and competence.

The doctor spent maybe 10 minute on me. Wouldn't listen to anything I stated. Didn't go over the X-rays that were taken an rush out of the room. I had so many more questions. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I'm considering living out of the Northshore network.

I've had great experiences with both Dr Conley and Dr Hoeper, as well as their assistants and the rest of the staff. So grateful for this walk-in clinic!

The Dr Ended up taking fluid out of my knee and gave me a shot of Cortisone - it felt better immediately

I should have been told what type of PT was good vs. Bad - better yet, doctor should have communicated his expectations for my PT sessions with the PT office as they are just in the next building instead of telling me after the fact (couple of months and thousands of dollars later) that they were not giving me appropriate treatment. Why should I have to pay for this mistake????

Appreciated the time Dr Conley spent in assessing how the injury might have happened, what the treatment options were, and how it might resolve. Together we chose an initial conservative approach and I'll check back in 4 weeks. If it hasn't resolved, we discussed other options he can perform at that time. I was very leased with Dr Conley's approach.

Dr. Conley extremely polite knowledgeable and explanatory. He took his time with me and made sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered and that I understood everything he explained.
