Kindly refer to my prior comments respective to this doctor. One of poorest visits at NorthShore; plus she did not provide information respective to what medications to hold / not take prior to my operation.... I had to use my own good common scene. She also did not /had not put in the work orders for the required blood work prior to my visit. I had to have the laboratory secure a doctor to put in the work orders for both blood & urine.
