My wife and I really felt trust, confidence, and the professional aura exhibited by Dr. Bailes and his Physician Assistant, as well as the surgery scheduler (see previous section for additional comments re: Physician Assistant). Dr. Bailes presented as extremely competent, genuine and straightforward-forward In his assessment of my condition. His down-to-earth manner made It so easy to converse with him, and he was generous with tie and answering questions. My wife and I came away from our visit with confidence, calm and trust In the Bailes team. We learned a lot during our visit, and we feel blest that he will be performing the surgery. We even went back to our ON DEMAND movie pool and once again watched Concussion to better understand and appreciate the depth and wealth of experience that Dr. Bailes brings to addressing neurological brain issues
