Excellent experience in Dr.Russell's office

The MD and NP listened to my story, then asked the pointed questions to zero in on my condition. They reviewed my previous treatment, then discussed next steps. A very systematic approach to my care.

Dr. Russell was very patient and really took the time to discuss all options with us - we appreciate the fact that he got to know [patient] for who she is and what she does not just being 'another patient'.Would have been nice to have the option to have [name] involved in the consultation. [patient] is not comfortable with her and her approach and would like her not to participate in future visits.
