I really liked Dr.Posner and look forward to working with on my sleep apnea care.
This was my first visit with Dr. Posner and he made me feel comfortable right away.
Doctor was very concerned about my concerns the doctor made a plan with me. Doctor made sure that nothing was out of the ordinary. Doctor had the nurse draw my blood to make sure everything was fine with his patient
Most of my contact was with Noel but the Dr. Posner was very good too.
Dr. Posner is an extraordinary physician. He takes great care to review, explain, include me in decisions in a relaxed and caring manner. He could set the standard for all physicians.
I received the best care and service possible, with the best equipment and conditions.

We talked about two problems, sleep anpnea and insomnia, and this provider said he doesn't believe in medications and gave me all sorts of alternatives for insomnia. But after dealing with this issue for many years and having gone through therapy and ALL the non drug alternatives in the last 12 years I feel that the concern about my health due to this issue was discounted and wasn't given any support for it. I don't believe many providers take menopause into consideration and create plans to treat the symptoms. Sometimes medications are the answer. I guess I'll have to go find another doctor that cares enough about my health and lack of sleep and implications to not getting enough sleep. Because I was seeing a doctor for sleep I assumed that it would include all sleep problems and if that's not the case it should be made very clear on North shores physician site where they talk about what they treat and don't treat. It's a waste of time for patients to not get treated. I don't want to hear about making my room cold and dark and no screen time or exercise right before bed etc after I've explained I've been fighting this issue for over 10 years and am in menopause. I've been there and done that and unless the doctor has been through menopause and is dealing with this issue and understands how extremely difficult if not impossible it is to turn off our brains at night then that doctor will just be useless because they don't actually know what works and doesn't work.
First time at office. I was very happy with the care I received at my appointment. The staff was excellent!
