Dr Chen is thoughtful and kind, she really makes sure that my daughter is comfortable and explains in a way that my daughter can understand.

Will be going to someone else. They showed no care and said everything looked fine made is seemed like she didnt want to take pictures of his throat saying "kids yell and scream and kick and yell and yell a lot"

Dr. Chen was very understanding and sweet. My daughter was very nervous for her c/u and Sr. Chen walked her through the entire routine. This was our first visit with Dr. Chen and she was amazing from start to finish.

I was referred by our PCP Dr. Guse. This was our first time meeting Dr. Chen for my daughters medical concern. I was on my way for my daughter's OV when an emergency situation happened. Although I know there's a 15 min grace period to be seen after your appointment time, Dr. Chen was able to still my daughter after the 15 min. I am very greatful and I appreciate her and the whole staff whom took my call and was understanding of the situation after my daughter's time frame.

I felt very rushed for this appointment. I waited a long time for It and I did not leave feeling confident that my child's hearing problem was going to be taken care of. I was given some plan that really didn't seem like it would help and just results in us coming back and forth again, while waiting a long time to see her.
