Dr. Nair is a true professional !
Dr. Nair seemed very knowledgeable and confident in her assessment of my condition. I trusted that her proposed course of treatment was a good one. In fact, I was relieved that someone believed I was actually ill and could propose a solution. However, Dr. Nair was also quite cold and business-like. Due to the obvious back-up in her schedule (considering how long I waited to be called), I'm sure she was trying to be as efficient with her time as possible. Still, I'm used to a warmer, friendlier bedside manner from my care providers. She didn't smile the whole time or even say goodbye as she left the exam room. While I suppose she got the job done, I didn't leave feeling like I had been "cared for".
As I was shopping for a new PCP, I would say that I had a better experience with this new one and planned to keep her. She listened to me and i believed whatever she advised me or intervention that I have to do. I also like the location, I know it's a new building but the Staff I guess were friendly.
This is the second time I meet Dr. Nair, if I should have to revisit NorthShore I will request to see Dr Nair.
doctor does not listen to the patient.
dr nair is wonderful
As committed before. I felt very disconnected.
dr Nair is absolutely wonderful and I have recommended her to friends, all love and respect and trust her
After having that very cold medical assistant, I was very pleasantly surprised to meet the doctor she took her time with me let me explain things and took me seriously I have already recommended your office to several people no
Again you need to add NA to these questions. Also, Dr. Nair often speaks to fast in doctor jargon which I need to have a Gray's anatomy and medical term book with me to understand her.
