Dr. Malik listened to me and gave me her opinion, while saying she'd support what I wanted to do. She took my experience as a patient seriously and respected the knowledge I have about my own conditions, rather than dismissing me. Even when we disagreed she was extremely respectful and professional. More doctors should listen to their patients like she did.

Dr. Malik is very kind, thorough, knowledgable, inclusive and listens well. She allowed me to ask questions and helped me understand her reasons for suggestions made. She was interested in me as her patient. I highly recommend her to my friends seeking a rheumatologist.

Dr. Malik is excellent! Listens, observes, and discusses options very thoughtfully. I like her reliance on "actionable" steps to improve my comfort and my life, e.g., physical therapy and a very simple hand tendon stretch that she showed me and is already making a difference!!
