Your health and safety is our top priority. To help stop the spread of COVID-19, all patients will have their temperature taken upon arrival for flu vaccine appointments. If you are running a fever of 100.0 or higher, we will not be able to administer a flu vaccine and you will need to reschedule.

Please check with your insurance company prior to your visit to make sure NorthShore is in-network with your plan. You can review insurance plans accepted at NorthShore. Some visits may require a referral in order for the visit to be paid. If your insurance company requires a referral, please make sure it is obtained prior to your visit.
