Cindy Nowinski, MD, PhD 
Dr. Nowinski is a licensed clinical psychologist and Director of Outcomes Education at CORE. As Director of Outcomes Education, Dr. Nowinski provides consultation and liaison to NorthShore University HealthSystem investigators and coordinates CORE’s research methodology seminars, speakers and research support services. Her research interests include evaluating the impact of chronic diseases and their treatments on patient-reported and clinical outcomes, and using evidence-based medicine and informatics to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
