NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician to lead the Chronic Pain Program. The successful candidate for this position will be board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Fellowship training in Pain is preferred but not required.
