The Department of Medicine is currently seeking an exceptional Dermatology Division Head. The successful candidate for this position will be a motivated proven leader with 7-10 years of experience and completed a Dermatology residency. Certification by the American Board of Dermatology is required. Responsibilities will include patient care, teaching, and supporting research programs within the division. Academic appointment to The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine is available to qualified candidates.
The Dermatology Division is one of the largest academic dermatology practices in the Chicagoland area with 9 general dermatologists and 2 full time surgical dermatologists who work in close collaboration with 2 board certified dermatopathologists in the Department of Pathology. The division has full access to a wide variety of lasers and contains a comprehensive clinical trials program.
