• Health Advisories: View preventive care procedures and their due dates.
• Health Summary: View medications, allergies, immunizations, and current health issues.
• Proxy Access: View all features listed above for family members.

To start accessing NorthShoreConnect on your mobile phone:

• Download and install the free MyChart application.
• Run the MyChart application from your iPhone Home Screen.
• Select NorthShore University HealthSystem NorthShoreConnect.
• Enter Your Username and Password.
