GI Lab Services
To schedule a procedure at Evanston Hospital, Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park or Vernon Hills, call the Patient Access Center at 1.888.364.6400.
To schedule a procedure at Skokie Hospital call 847.933.6565.
GI Lab Locations
Evanston Hospital
From main entrance:
- Walk in through the front entrance and turn right
- Go up the escalator one level and gear right
- Go through the open doors-turn right
- Go to the end of the hall and this is the GI Lab
From Kellogg Cancer Center entrance:
- Leave Kellogg and use elevator F; Go up to first floor
- Make a right and go down the hall; GI lab is on the left hand side at the end of the hall
Glenbrook Hospital
- Enter the hospital from the east entrance
- Proceed to your right where sitting at a desk will be volunteer in a purple jacket
- Check in with the volunteer and have a seat
- The volunteer will let the GI Lab know you have arrived and an employee will be out shortly to escort you to the GI Lab
Highland Park Hospital
- Enter the main entrance and take the elevator next to the waterfall to the second floor
- As you get off the elevator take a left and you will see the GI Lab sign
- Enter and check in at the volunteer desk
Vernon Hills Specialty Care Center
- Enter through the main entrance
- Check in at the receptionist desk
- They will notify the lab and direct you accordingly;
