- NorthShore uses an electronic healthcare record created by Epic Systems, Inc. Our team of Epic Trainers offer quality training and resources needed to be successful within our healthcare system. All providers are required to complete training on our Epic system prior to delivering patient care. We offer professional development opportunities for our employees to serve as Epic Super Users and Hospital Based Trainers.
