Although Dr Harvan is an excellent doctor, and I don't want to change, I put up with all the inconveniences of dealing with the support surrounding her. I use many specialists at Northshore and all are excellent at handling my communications. This group is poor. Also if I need to see my general practitioner for an illness that comes up, such as a UTI or flu, I have no chance to see her. I can only get an appointment far ahead of time. So I must go to Immediate Care and deal with a doctor who has no idea of my issues.
