Dr Najman Is extremely good. He has been my cardioligist for over 25 years. He is extrmely busy. And a little hard to get a hold of, but worth the inconvenience.

I don't think that I could have found a more caring, knowledgeable, honest, attentive cardiologist than Dr. David Maximilian Najman. His online write-up regarding his areas of specialization and his video of why he became a cardiologist convinced me that he was the best cardiologist that I needed for my high blood pressure, pre-diabetic and now diabetic condition. Both my parents died of heart disease with diabetes complications & I wanted to live longer than my mother. My mom died at age 76 because my parents could not afford good health insurance like I have & she could not speak or read English fluently. (I earned a journalism BS from UW-Madison to ensure that I could speak/write English well to research & get good jobs & live long.) My mom ate Baguettes with butter & canned salty Chinese vegetables etc several times daily. Not only did Dr. Najman prescribe me Ozempic, but also gave me hope that I was still young biologically & could live past 90s. I have always believed in that, esp since one of my mother-in-laws is almost 100 because her loved ones help take good care of her. Dr. Najman treats me like a human being worth living & taking care of with good diagnosis/advise/health guidance, and not like a dinosaur ready to cross over any day. Most importantly, I can hear him & understand him all the time during the appointment. Plus, he has great educational videos on YouTube, which I subscribed to, to learn more about heart disease etc. He is the best. Thank you Northshore.org for hiring him & keeping him.
