Dr. Chen is an amazing provider. She is not only kind and personable, but she is very thorough and very intelligent. When I present any issues, I can tell she really cares about getting me answers and is genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. She is the first provider I've seen that was adamant about me going to a dermatologist to evaluate my skin tags, I've asked other providers in the past and they all were unconcerned. Dr. Chen knew what was best and recommended a dermatologist- because of her I have had precancerous skin tags removed and now follow up yearly with a dermatologist. I truly trust Dr. Chen in helping me lead a happy, healthy life and am grateful for her expertise and practice!

I did not request a video visit, but this is what was scheduled by the office. After talking to the doctor, she suggested that I come in to visit in the office. Fortunately it was a snowy day and she had cancellations and kindly told me I could come in and have an appointment with her. I really really appreciated that she took the trouble to Suggest this and give me an appointment.
